This role is ideal for professionals with an Audit or Assurance background who want to transition into broader consulting work.**Responsibilities*** Work directly with Bonadio Partners to assist clients with a variety of financial and operational studies and projects* Communicate directly with clients to perform information gathering interviews, request data and documentation and present final reports, analyses and recommendations* Conduct consulting fieldwork - interviews, walkthroughs, process-mapping exercises, data analysis, compliance testing, etc.* Perform testing and analytical procedures with large datasets* Write comprehensive reports detailing project procedures, observations, findings and recommendations, based on work completed, industry research, experience and knowledge* Manage multiple ongoing consulting engagements simultaneously* Supervise consulting staff working on engagements**Qualifications****Required:*** A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, business advisory, business analytics, project management or another related field of study as experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree concentrations* A minimum of five years of audit accountant experience* Related experience in either public accounting, business consulting, audit, business analytics, or related field as experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree concentrations* Strong problem solving and analytical skills* Advanced MS Excel skills* Ability to work with a team of multi-disciplined professionals* Ability to travel if needed, travel is estimated to be about 15%The salary range for this opportunity is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year and is commensurate with experience.## HOURS/LOCATION:* ## This is a full-time remote opportunity.* ## Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday* ## Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m* ## We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times## ## At The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
