Roanoke & Christiansburg Region, Virginia A full-time psychiatrist position supporting Inpatient Psychiatry in both Roanoke and Christiansburg with Ambulatory responsibility in the department's Gaining Access to Care Clinic (GAP) and Emergency Department. Diagnose and treat human disease, illness and injuries and practice evidence-based medicine. Prescribe medically necessary medications and treatments. May serve on various Carilion and/or hospital committees. Completes necessary documentation for patients Health Information record.
