Job Description
Veterinary Technician (Full-Time) — Grow With a Modern, High-Level Team
Are you a Veterinary Technician who wants to do more than just “get through the day”?
Looking for a hospital where your skills are respected, your growth is supported, and your work actually feels meaningful?
Spot On Veterinary is expanding—and we’re looking for motivated, team-oriented technicians to grow with us.
We operate out of a 16,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility on the Old Greenwich/Stamford line, designed to support high-quality medicine and an exceptional client experience. This is not your typical clinic environment—we’ve built a space and a culture that allows our team to do their best work.
Why This Role Stands Out- Modern, well-equipped hospital — work with the tools you actually need
- Supportive, close-knit team — no toxic culture or being “thrown in” alone
- Real work-life balance — we mean it, and we protect it
- Opportunities to grow your skills — surgery, dentistry, advanced care
- Leadership that values technicians — your voice matters here
You’ll play a key role in patient care and client experience, including:
- Assisting doctors with exams and procedures
- Surgical support and anesthesia monitoring
- Patient treatments and nursing care
- Client communication and education
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
- Experience in a veterinary setting (or strong relevant training)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
- Someone who takes pride in patient care and client relationships
- Phlebotomy
- Radiology
- IV catheter placement & fluid therapy
- Animal restraint
- Dentistry
- Vaccine protocols/wellness procedures
- Controlled drug logging
- Competitive salary (based on experience)
- Full-time benefits eligibility
- Supportive training and onboarding
- A workplace you’ll actually feel proud to be part of
If you’ve read this far and think this could be the right fit, include “Amazing Vet Tech” in your cover letter—we’d love to hear from you.
