Tomahawk Dev - Engineering Business Analyst - P3 - Active Secret Clearance Required - (Onsite)

Job Details Location: Tucson, AZ. Role: Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P3). Onsite. U.S. citizen with an active and transferable Secret clearance required. Responsibilities Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program Leads in the completion of monthly Earned Value Management inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests, and facilitation of EAC and LRE inputs. Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. Drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools; prepare analyses and reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems. Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship. Preferred: Experience with FAR, DFARS, or other government procurement regulations. Knowledge of process and project execution within a work area. Knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers. Benefits Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD.
