Organization Change Management Consultant

Role Description

At Envision, the primary purpose of the Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities that will best support adoption. The OCM will work within the IT Capability Portfolio team and across multiple projects.

• Provide exceptional communication and strong collaboration across various departments including IT, Business Operations, and Clinicians.
• Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships.
• Drive change management with deep experience.
• Understand complex initiatives while successfully delivering work to best support Envision Healthcare.
