Studio Coach

To support a growing community, the part-time Studio Coach will lead engaging sessions, motivate members, and provide guidance on healthy habits while working onsite in Forsyth, IL. Key responsibilities Facilitate and lead group coaching sessions to inspire and educate members on weight health Provide personalized support and motivation to help members achieve their health goals Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience and community engagement Required qualifications Experience in coaching, teaching, or a related field, preferably in health and wellness Strong understanding of weight management principles and healthy lifestyle practices Ability to connect with individuals and foster a supportive community environment Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Certification in health coaching or a related discipline is a plus
