Forklift Operator
We're looking for dependable and safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll help manage the movement, storage, and shipment of large industrial valves and components that support a variety of critical industries.

What You'll Do
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Pull and stage customer orders using pick lists and work orders
Accurately pick valves, parts, and components from inventory
Prepare shipments, labels, and shipping documentation
Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
Build custom crates and skids for large industrial products
Secure shipments using banding, blocking, and protective materials
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For
Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Ability to move, pull, and stage inventory accurately
Experience with shipping and receiving processes
Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
Ability to read work orders, pick lists, and shipping documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Bonus Qualifications
Forklift certification
1+ years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience
Experience handling large, heavy, or industrial equipment
Experience building crates, skids, or custom packaging
Material handling and inventory control experience
