Step into an essential role making a difference for young learners as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist, working directly with elementary-aged students. This full-time contract opportunity is set for the 2026-2027 academic year, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours. You’ll contribute your expertise as you support communication skills during crucial developmental years.

Your expertise will shine as you provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, participate actively in IEP meetings, and collaborate with educators and families to foster student success. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Indiana SLP license is required
• DOE certification required
• CCC-SLP credentials preferred
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in elementary school caseloads
• Familiarity with school-based therapy, including IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students according to individualized plans
• Administer assessments to identify and document students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable input for student plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students
