Machinist Position

Our client, a leader in golf performance and innovation, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the Engineering & Technology Center supporting the production of high-quality golf equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machinist

Location: North Dartmouth, MA

Pay Range: $32-40/hr

Shift: 1st shift; Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools including lathes, mills, Bridgeports, grinders, saws, and drills
• Fabricate precision parts and tooling used in golf ball manufacturing equipment and mold cups
• Perform machining operations to tight tolerances based on specifications
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials for production
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3 years of machinist experience
• Vocational training in Machine Shop or Machine Tool Technology (or equivalent)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Solid understanding of machining math, measurements, and tolerances
• Experience selecting proper tools and equipment for each job
