Full Time Administrative West Palm Beach, FL, US 1 Attachments 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1564 (West Palm Beach, FL) ESPN West Palm and Good Karma Sport s are seeking a full-time Partnership Coordinator to support the Marketing Consultants and the execution of advertising partnerships across ESPN West Palm’s portfolio of brands, including ESPN 106.3 FM, Deportes 760, ESPN Digital, Good Karma Premium Sports, signature events and community initiatives. This role provides hands‑on support across sales administration, campaign execution, digital partnerships, partner deliverables, reporting, presentations and events. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail‑oriented and proactive teammate who enjoys working in a fast‑paced sports and media environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about helping Marketing Consultants bring creative partnership ideas to life while delivering a strong experience for advertising partners. Career responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work in a team environment while directly supporting multiple Marketing Consultants with sales‑related tasks and internal administrative responsibilities. Enter and revise sales orders in WideOrbit and JIRA, confirm orders daily, and work with Marketing Consultants to obtain missing copy, creative and other campaign materials. Complete necessary paperwork for Marketing Consultants, including New Partner Forms, Digital Production Forms, V‑Creative forms and other sales‑related documentation. Coordinate with Producers, Marketing Consultants, Digital Account Management and Operations to schedule production recordings, submit digital creative on time, ensure campaigns run smoothly and make adjustments as needed. Send commercial schedules, digital screenshots, invoice copies, airchecks, video clips, social clips and other campaign deliverables to advertising partners and Marketing Consultants. Run monthly reports, including billing and commercial schedules, and use the company’s CRM and other reporting tools to assist Marketing Consultants with tracking, reporting and account management. Attend select partner meetings and support ESPN West Palm signature events and community events as needed. Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, support research and reporting, assist with presentation development, enhance partner service and streamline administrative processes. Assist with updating and creating presentations for prospective and current advertising partners, and participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaign presentations. Collaborate with sales departments across other Good Karma Sports markets. Perform other assigned tasks. Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications: Previous administrative, sales support, customer service, marketing or related experience is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently. Proactive, dependable and willing to take initiative. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment with changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology. Experience with WideOrbit, JIRA or CRM systems is a plus, but not required. Interest in sports, audio, digital media, events and marketing. With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license Hours/Salary/Benefits This is a non‑exempt role with overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
