How You’ll Make An Impact: Record & Review – accurately document patient medical histories with attention to detail. Deliver Care – provide exceptional clinical services and patient education with compassion. Capture Images – take precise digital X-rays and scans to support diagnosis and treatment. Chart & Document – identify and record conditions of decay and disease for dentist evaluation. Prepare Rooms – ensure treatment spaces are consistently ready and fully stocked for each patient. Model Professionalism – carry the responsibility of a trusted provider by setting an example of respectful, accountable communication. Salary Range full-time $45 - $60 per hour Compensation: $45/hour plus production pay with no upper-limit Paid Time Off: 14 days annually, including federal holidays Benefits Paid holidays and 14 days of paid time off annually. Employee discounts and professional development assistance. Shift & Schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off, promoting excellent work-life balance. Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (2+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Open Dental X-ray / Radiography Certification Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Ability to provide direct patient care with attention to detail and empathy. Experience operating dental imaging equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to professional growth and continuing education. Preferences 1–15 years of dental hygiene experience across a variety of clinical settings. Fluency in Spanish to enhance patient communication and care.
