The McGrath Acura of Westmont Sales BDC is looking for the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn who will have an immediate positive impact on our growing department. This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with all previous day's leads
• Create customer contact notes in CRM.
• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
• Assist the sales department's efforts to increase automotive sales
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
