Sr IE-Budget Planning

Job Responsibilities Create innovative data solutions using Industrial Engineering knowledge to continually improve strategic forecast. Evaluate what if scenarios representing changes to metrics and partner with engineering to understand the impact of the changes. Design experiments to identify root causes of issues and determine necessary area changes. Analyze and interpret internal and external data sources to suggest planning changes. Develop methods for testing, tracking, and measuring data, driving action through effective data and clear communication. Complete required safety training and work in accordance with Micron and Technology & Products Group safety policies. Partner closely with stakeholders to build enhanced budget analytics (TPG Operations, budget teams, Process and Equipment Development, Finance and Procurement teams). Provide regular status updates to TPG Leadership and present budgets P2P and outputs. Recommend innovative ways to improve data analytics and front-end summaries to aid decision making. Design and coordinate projects with several departments, create timelines with milestones for complex tasks and projects, minimize duplication through effective planning, and adjust plans based on execution. Additional Job Details May telecommute part-time. Qualifications Database management methods and techniques. Data-related tools or data science, including SQL and Python. Visualization tools, including Tableau. Data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing. Process improvement and project management skills to collaborate and share data with engineering and executives. Education and Experience Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Analytics, Electrical Engineering or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
