We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our residential services team. What You'll Do: Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to individuals in residential programs Develop and implement treatment plans focused on:
- Sensorimotor rehabilitation
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training
- Fine motor development
- Range of motion and therapeutic exercises
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence and success
- Flexible part-time schedule
