Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7A - 5P

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and confident Travel RN specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the CVOR setting.
• Assist in various cardiovascular procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
• Monitor patient recovery post-operation and respond to any complications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR RN experience.
• Active RN licensure in Kansas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS preferred.
• Open Heart and Cardiovascular experience is strongly recommended.
• Prior Meditech experience is a plus.
