Success in this role means leading by example through developing meaningful client relationships, gaining valuable insights into their individual needs, and providing tailored banking solutions that span all lines of business.What you’ll do:Lead, coach, and empower regional teams, collaborating closely with the Corporate leadership team to deliver communications, drive initiatives locally, and ensure performance is in alignment with organizational goals.Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by proactively building relationships and leveraging consultative sales strategies via direct calling efforts.Establish ambitious performance goals for the team and branch, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on the broader achievement of established revenue goals as well as talent development for individual members of your team.Support integrated marketing efforts for new and existing products and services, serving as a liaison for your region, while acting as a strategic connector across lines of business such as Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, and Residential Lending to maximize cross-sell opportunities and client engagement.Enhance client experience by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring solutions are customized to financial needs.
