What You'll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding equipment and specialized preparation tools
• Repair cracks and surface imperfections prior to coating application
• Mix and install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and other premium coating systems
• Broadcast decorative flake and apply protective topcoats according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment responsibly
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with loading materials, equipment maintenance, and shop organization
• Deliver a finished product that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, kneeling, lifting, crouching, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying South Carolina weather conditions
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional weather-related adjustments
• In-person work
