Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator (High-Growth Role) Our client is scaling fast—and they need a sharp, seasoned Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment. If you’re the kind of person who can juggle shipment creation, track freight like a hawk, solve problems before they snowball, and still keep customers confidently in the loop—this is your lane. This role is data entry, operations, and customer service heavy , with lots of moving parts and real ownership. You’ll be at the center of the action, keeping freight flowing smoothly and helping drive profitable, efficient operations. Daily Workflow will consist of the following functions: Data entry for creation of shipments Tracking and tracing throughout the shipment’s lifecycle Resolve daily issues like shipment delays or billing to maintain seamless operations Quoting, routing, and negotiating carrier rates Setting profitable customer sell rates Emailing customer daily shipment statuses Gathering billing charges and invoicing customers Core Requirements Experience with utilizing customer TMS (SAP experience preferred) Email management; proficiency in OUTLOOK Must possess experience in Microsoft oƯice Minimum of 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding customer facing operations 3-5 years expertise in booking freight (routing, line hauls, courier, etc.) Problem solving and strong trouble shooting mindset Strong operational background Project management (non construction) and/or Account Management experience Able to work overtime and weekends if needed Compensation is thoughtfully determined based on a variety of factors, including your background, skills, and experience, ensuring fairness and competitiveness. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience) Expected Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance If you’re ready for a high-growth operations role where your speed, accuracy, and customer instincts actually matter—this is your chance to step into a team that’s building momentum and needs strong operators to keep the freight moving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
