Requisition ID: 65786 Title: Technology Consultant Arthrex is searching for a Technology Consultant for Naples, Florida, to manage and service all Arthrex product lines. The successful candidate will continue to build relationships with all customers within Collier County, Florida, and internal departments by hitting sales goals and continuing market growth. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills in addition to five or more years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are essential for this position. Main Objective Works with Naples Sales Manager to maximize revenue growth of assigned company products and services through direct management in Collier County. Establish proper and effective communications with appropriate staff across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work within an assigned geographic sales and product area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. Carry out specific plans developed by the Regional Director, Naples Sales Manager and company to ensure revenue growth in company’s products. Manage assigned account activities and sales. Communicate regular field activity to Regional Director, Naples Sales Manager and other internal management. Complete LMS self‑education requirements. Develop Technology Specialists and Sales Associates. Monitor and assist in the activities of direct sales associates (product training, coaching representatives, TC program and motivation). Educate sales associates in terms of sales tactics. Recommend sales programs and training ideas to Regional Director and Naples Sales Manager to address sales growth, competitive strategies, targeted sales campaigns, proper use of sales support, account and third‑party contracts, and product pricing negotiations. Perform sales activities on accounts and negotiate product pricing discounts pre‑approved by the Regional Director and VP of Sales. Have completed all required Technology Consultant training. This job requires that a person may travel from time to time and occasionally work on weekends. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required. 5 years of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine, arthroscopy, extremity and/or product sales experience required. Knowledge and Skill Requirements / Specialized Courses and/or Training Knowledge of company’s products, pricing practices, and selling skills. Effective management skills with ability to manage the company’s sales operations. Effective time management, communications, decision making, presentation, and organization skills. Excellent writing, editing, communications, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and presentation required. Machine, Tools, and Equipment Skills Strong knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office. PC and various software languages used as required. Salesforce.com experience a plus.
