Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the Forest Manor housing community. You will supervise on-site staff, manage delinquency and rent collection, and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines. Essential duties include financial management, leasing, customer service, and administering resident programs.
