Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a highly organized and professional Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate information across multiple departments and stakeholders.

The Communications Coordinator will help ensure that company messaging remains clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with company announcements, presentations, reports, and informational materials.
• Maintain consistency in company messaging and communication standards.
• Organize communication-related projects, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor incoming communications and ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and department teams to communicate important updates and initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of communication materials and correspondence.
• Assist with meetings, presentations, and company events when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and organizational efficiency.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
