You’ll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling. Build your career and earn more over time. What you’ll do Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning Schedule appointments using a proven script Bring a friendly, professional phone presence Keep accurate notes in our system What we’re looking for 1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally Eligible to work in the United States Able to work on-site What we offer $15/hour + weekly performance bonuses (paid weekly) Set schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM (no evenings, no weekends) Warm leads only — no cold calling Paid training and ongoing coaching A structured path to full-time for high performers who want to grow
