Practice Highlights * Facility includes: * 20 operating rooms * 5 heart & vascular rooms * 6 endoscopy rooms * 2 C-section suites * Case Mix: Broad range of general and complex cases, including: * Orthopedic (elective + trauma) * GI, GYN, ENT * Complex vascular, neurosurgery * Interventional cardiology (EP & structural heart) * Full-scope cardiothoracic * Healthy pediatrics * Robotics * Schedule: Mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts * No call required * Supportive, professional, and friendly provider team * Experience preferred, but new graduates (2025 and earlier) will be considered * Not accepting locums providers Candidate Requirements * Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED * Michigan License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED * DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED * ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Rate: $112.75/hour * Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000 (0.5 FTE or greater, 5-year commitment) * Relocation assistance available * Comprehensive full-time benefits package including: * Paid malpractice with tail coverage * CME allowance, licensure & membership support * 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match * Health/vision/dental insurance Why Muskegon, MI?
