Oasis 11:30am - 7:30pm-  Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat OFF Sunday & Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and culinary standards
• Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, roasted and braised items
• Work across multiple cook stations while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Collaborate with Chefs and culinary team members to execute service successfully
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations and guest experience
• Support dishwashing and kitchen operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, healthcare, or similar environment preferred
• Ability to read recipes and follow preparation standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
