You create effective user interfaces and data visualization tools. A key responsibility is staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies and experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects. RRC personnel can expect to work across all functional areas: systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&M, and experience the direct mission feedback from the customer and seeing your project provide real-world contributions that make a significant difference. You’re encouraged and expected to propose things that you believe will improve the applications and frameworks you’re working in. The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must.What required background will make you successful?Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceProficient in modern software engineering practices for testability and readabilityProficient in C++ and Python in LINUX environmentsDemonstrated ability to design software systems to ensure they achieve functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearanceUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDPreferred skills:Agile development processesDevOps and Cloud computing Experience (CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PIP)Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI/ML, LLM-powered, or agentic applications.Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining web applications with REACTExperience with Git based revision control systemsREST API designExperience with developing GPU code using CUDA librariesFamiliarity with additional high-level languages (Shell Scripting, etc.) Current TS/SCI clearanceWhere is the position located?This position can be located at our Centennial, CO; Colorado Springs; Chantilly, VA offices or our Tucson, Arizona Headquarters.*The likely salary range for this position is $98,000 to $123,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
