- Answer telephones and direct to the correct personnel

- Associates degree; bachelor's degree a major plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
- Excellent typing skills (60 WPM plus)
- Comfort in interacting with clients via phone
- Professional dress code
Able to work in a "Four Seasons" style work environment
