The Role
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Homeroom Teacher (not an ESL pull-out teacher) to join our friendly team, teaching children aged 2–6 years old.
Requirements
• Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Ireland
• Age: 35 or younger
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a top-tier university
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, PGCE, or a valid teaching license is required
• Previous experience at a well-known premium international kindergarten in China is a strong plus
• Professional appearance and a warm, engaging personality
• Gender: Open to all
Salary & Benefits
• Net salary: RMB 24,000–28,000 per month
• Housing allowance: RMB 4,000–6,000 per month
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:40 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekends off + all Chinese public holidays (paid)
• Full salary during winter & summer vacations
• Annual flight allowance
• Full work visa (Z visa / residence permit) provided
