$20–$25/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM

Are you great at keeping schedules organized, solving problems as plans change, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

Neighbors Heating & Cooling is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to help manage the daily schedules of our Service Technicians. You'll be the connection between our customers, technicians, and office team-keeping everyone informed and the day running efficiently.

No HVAC experience is required. Experience in logistics, dispatching, scheduling, transportation, or customer service is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians based on location, availability, and skill level
• Adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change
• Maintain efficient technician routing and minimize downtime
• Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Communicate appointment updates and delays to customers
• Schedule return visits when parts arrive
• Monitor upcoming workload and service capacity
• Prepare and follow up on service estimates
• Coordinate residential and commercial maintenance scheduling
• Maintain accurate customer and service records
• Assist with billing information and past-due account follow-up
• Work closely with the Office Manager and Service Manager

What We're Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable learning new computer programs and processes
• Logistics, dispatching, or scheduling experience preferred
• HVAC experience is not required

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$25/hour , based on experience
• Paid time off after 60 days
• 401(k) with company match after one year

• Monday–Friday schedule with minimal overtime
