What You’ll Bring: Board eligibility or certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology Proven experience with OB triage, obstetric deliveries, and GYN emergencies Ability to handle approximately 13 patient encounters daily with confidence and efficiency Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Comfort working within hospital protocols and EMR systems (system TBD) Nice to Have: Experience in Level 1 NICU settings Familiarity with handling unassigned gyn emergencies Previous locum or hospitalist experience Preferred Education & Experience: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Valid medical license in Iowa (or eligible to obtain one) Previous experience with hospital-based obstetric care preferred Other Requirements: Participation in MHAS model (clinic and call required) Deliver approximately 1-4 hospital deliveries per shift Willingness to work starting December 31, 2025 Maintain current certifications and comply with licensing requirements Willingness to provide GYN coverage and participate in any necessary bag and baby drills Enjoy a lucrative hourly pay rate of $195, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
