Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a paving machine to lay concrete for various construction projects.

• Load and unload materials efficiently.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including oiling, greasing, and safety checks.

• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

• Assist with other jobsite tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience operating paving equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive work ethic and a desire to learn.

• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
