We deliver far more than just on time and on budget—we deliver with MORE Paschen . Responsibilities Collect and process subcontractor invoices. Prepare and submit GLWA Pay App. Prepare and submit Liberty Pay application. Manage change order pricing and approval. Write subcontractor change orders. Process internal budget adjustments for change orders. Reports to the Senior Project Manager. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Exceptional communication and organizational skills required. Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and Procore is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate with different personalities throughout the organization. Two years' experience performing similar duties within the construction industry or other related fields. Ability to work on different software platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore. Involves sitting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting. Monday-Friday 7a-4pm EST and availability for planned, as needed events.
