Our client, a leader in the automotive retail industry, is seeking a Developer to join their team. As a Developer, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting the Dealer Digital Platforms team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Developer Location: Auburn Hills, MI Pay Range: $75.32 What's the Job? Lead the strategic management, governance, and modernization of dealer‑facing digital platforms such as DealerCONNECT, FieldConnect, and DCMail. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, and ICT development teams to ensure seamless communication and project success. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise web content, including requirements gathering, solution design, HTML‑based implementation, content governance, quality assurance, publication workflows, and production support. Provide real‑time business solutions and digital strategies aimed at enhancing dealer experience, operational efficiency, communication effectiveness, and organizational profitability. Lead the DealerCONNECT Portal Modernization initiative by defining future capabilities, evaluating technical feasibility, and collaborating with architects and developers to deliver innovative, AI‑powered digital experiences that offer personalized, intelligent search, improved workflows, and advanced digital features. What's Needed? Proven experience in managing digital platforms and enterprise web content lifecycle. Strong understanding of HTML, solution design, and content governance processes. Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
