PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking Fabricators for our client in Batavia, IL within a growing fabrication department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement for reliable and motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including saws, grinders, benders, and cutters
• Perform cut pipe and sheet metal fabrication
• Assist with sandblasting and deburring processes
• Complete MIG welding, brazing, and soldering tasks
• Handle light materials and components
• Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements
• Use power and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support multiple areas within the fabrication department as needed

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements/drawings
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills (helpful)
• Flexibility to learn and perform multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
