\nThe apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.\n
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n
\n
\nAccurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner\n
\n
\nManage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents\n
\n
\nMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash\n
\n
\nProvide excellent customer service to residents\n
\n
\nPerform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.\n
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nHVAC/EPA experience required;certification is a plus\n
\n
\nGeneral knowledge of maintenance repair and service\n
\n
\nApartment maintenance experience preferred\n
\n
\nAble to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders\n
\n
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n
\n
\nAbility to work weekends as required\n
\n
