Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst III plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This senior-level analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

Elicit and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, project managers, and business stakeholders. Develop functional specifications and support solution design and implementation. Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. Manage changes to requirements and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills:

Proven experience in business analysis with advanced knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation. Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications. Desired Skills:

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks. Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA. Experience in the specific industry relevant to the organization. Rated Criteria:
