Job Description:

Johnson Brothers is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to help keep our warehouse operation running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong warehouse associate who is ready to take on more responsibility, expand their operational knowledge, and build leadership experience. As a Warehouse Lead, you'll serve as a go-to resource on the floor, helping coordinate workflow, train new team members, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and support a safe, accurate, and productive shift.


You'll remain actively involved in warehouse operations while gaining broader exposure to how the shift is coordinated and how products move through the facility from receiving through order fulfillment and loading.

Schedule : Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to completion or as business needs dictate.

What You'll Do

• Help coordinate daily warehouse workflow, including loading, unloading, order selection, and product movement.
  
• Serve as a knowledgeable, approachable resource for warehouse associates throughout the shift.
  
• Help onboard and train new team members on picking, palletizing, baler operation, jackpot operation, equipment use, and warehouse procedures.
  
• Support consistent execution of standard operating procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations.
  
• Help identify and resolve workflow issues to keep orders moving efficiently and accurately.
  
• Partner with warehouse management to communicate priorities and support daily operational needs.
  
• Use the warehouse management system to locate products, process orders, and support inventory accuracy.
  
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, balers, and other warehouse equipment.
  
• Assist with loading branch pallet orders and other loading and unloading activities.
  
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on safety, accuracy, productivity, and service.
  
• Perform other duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience; previous experience as a lead, trainer, or go-to team member is a plus.
  
• Ready to take on additional responsibility and grow your warehouse and leadership skills.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable helping others learn processes and procedures.
  
• Ability to work independently, recognize priorities, and help keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Comfortable learning and using warehouse systems and technology.
  
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
  
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
