Physical Therapist-Hospital Resource Pool

Shift: FT and PRN Hours Available – Monday–Friday days, with some weekend and holiday rotation for full-time team members. FTE/Hours per pay period: .80. Department: Therapy Resource Pool – Meth. Job ID: 184022. Overview Physical Therapist – Resource Pool at Methodist Hospital. Earn a $4/hr differential for being part of our resource pool! As a Physical Therapist in Methodist Hospital’s Resource Pool, you’ll support a wide variety of patients and care environments while helping individuals improve mobility, restore function, manage pain, and regain independence. Responsibilities Evaluate individuals with medical or health‑related conditions that impact movement, function, and daily activities. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions while supporting evidence‑based practices and creative service delivery. Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring timely, accurate, and ethical documentation and billing. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, continuous learning, process improvement, and resource management to enhance care delivery and patient experience. Qualifications Education: Graduated from an accredited program in the respective field. Experience: Experience in Specialty Area Preferred. New Graduate applications welcome.
