[US Citizen] PR (Public Relations Specialist/Manager)

Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Communication Strategy & Content Execution Develop and implement the company’s brand communication strategy (including overseas markets), focusing on brand image enhancement and business progress exposure to improve industry recognition and public trust; Be responsible for the planning and creation of brand communication content: draft press releases (e.g., business breakthroughs, major partnerships, corporate social responsibility activities), media statements, and brand stories in both Chinese and English; Establish unified brand communication guidelines for the company to ensure consistency in internal and external communication content and maintain a unified brand tone. 2. Media Relationship Management & Communication Build and maintain a database of domestic and international financial media, technology media, industry media, and KOLs, and conduct regular daily communications (e.g., media visits, industry information synchronization); Coordinate media cooperation: arrange media interviews (executive interviews, business line interviews), press releases (including overseas media distribution), track coverage effects, and issue communication summary reports; Monitor media coverage and industry public opinion, regularly issue public opinion analysis reports, and promptly identify positive/negative information related to the brand. 3. Digital Media Operation & Brand Events Be responsible for the operation of the company’s brand communication channels: including the official website news center and overseas social media platforms such as LinkedIn, plan content topics (e.g., industry insights, corporate updates), and improve channel activity and brand reach; Plan and execute brand promotion events (e.g., industry exhibitions, brand launch conferences, overseas market promotion activities), and coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., PR agencies, partners) to ensure the smooth implementation of events; Track communication data (e.g., page views, engagement rates, media exposure), and optimize communication strategies and content formats. 4. Public Opinion & Crisis PR Management Establish a brand public opinion monitoring mechanism, track brand-related information across the entire network in real time, and promptly warn of potential public opinion risks; Assist in formulating crisis PR plans and participate in responding to major public opinion incidents (e.g., responding to negative information, drafting statements) to minimize negative impacts on the brand; Maintain the company’s positive public image, and collaborate with customer service and business departments to address public questions or demands regarding the brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Journalism & Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, and English, or equivalent combination of education and experience ; 3 years or more of relevant work experience in corporate brand communication, public relations, or media operation, with priority given to candidates with experience in technology/internet companies or overseas brand communication; Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, capable of independently completing materials such as Chinese and English press releases, brand copy, and crisis statements; Familiar with overseas media communication channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry media resources) and press release distribution processes, with priority given to candidates with media resources; Awareness of public opinion monitoring and crisis response, capable of quickly responding to brand-related emergencies; Proactive in work, with strong project management skills and cross-departmental coordination abilities, able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Xingyun Group
