Associate, WarehouseService Champions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Field Operations in either Colton or Murrieta and ensure efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks, inspecting products for quality and accuracyProcess and prepare orders, including pulling materials, packing, and staging for deliveryManage inventory control, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and reconciliation of invoicesOperate forklifts and company vehicles as neededStage equipment for installations and deliver parts to job sitesCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain supply levels and resolve issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentAssist with general warehouse upkeep, including facility maintenanceAdhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of two years of warehouse experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus)Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced settingAbility to collaborate effectively with vendors, teammates, and internal departmentsForklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the dayPositive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethicBenefitsHealth insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement plan: 401(k) with company match.Paid time off: Generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave.Training and development: Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Company culture: A supportive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment focusing on teamwork and employee satisfaction.Work EnvironmentWorks in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
