What Will You Enjoy Doing Maintain and support HRIS platforms (Specifically UKG) Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular audits Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings Manage user access, roles, and permissions Troubleshoot system issues and provide end‑user support Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports Create dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisions Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights Support internal and external audits with required data Manage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, and third‑party systems Monitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds) Ensure proper data mapping and system compatibility Support data migration and system implementation Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures Participate in HRIS implementations and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You Great Education Minimum 4‑year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferred Experience 2-5 years’ hands‑on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations 2-5 years’ hands‑on experience with UKG suite of products UKG WFM Consultant or at least 2 years' experience with UKG WFM configuration Skills Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI) Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security roles Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrations Experience in a multi-state or global organization Certifications/Licenses UKG WFM Certified Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
