Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience
• New grads will not be accepted

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours expected per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
