You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors according to site procedures, and documenting entries, exits, and security-related incidents.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
- Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
