Job Details We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Employment Law. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office and flexible start/end times. Responsibilities Assist in representing clients in simple and complex litigation before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. Consistently meet 1850 billable hour requirement. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Stay current with developments in employment law matters and other areas of Civil Defense. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Strong Civil Defense background. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
