Key Responsibilities Receive orders and assemble crates based on orders needs Maintain inventory of materials; communicate when orders need to be placed Complete orders by having the ability to run and manage a team of employees Warehouse duties, such as pulling orders, cleaning up, and moving furniture Keep area clean and safe not only for yourself but others Perform any other warehouse functions as needed by Manager Qualifications Reliable with good time management Excellent communication with employees and managers Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Working knowledge and safety of machinery such as but not limited to nail/staple guns and saws Must have transportation to and from work Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs Benefit Offerings Include Paid Time off of 10 days per year, accrued bi-weekly Eight Sick Days Per Year (or state-defined plans) 10 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, including HDHP with HAS 401k Retirement Plan with Bi-Weekly Company Match Paid Parental Leave Company Paid Life Insurance and Long-term Disability Insurance Voluntary Benefits of Short-term Disability, Supplemental Life/ADD, Critical Illness, Accident, Norton, Hospital Indemnity Employee Assistance Program Perennials and Sutherland participates in E-Verify and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
