\n LVN Charge Nurse – Stone Oak Care Center \n

\n Stone Oak Care Center is seeking dedicate LVN Charge Nurse to serve in our Memory Care Unit. Must have previous experience working within MC unit and/or with dementia patients. \n

• A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
