Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping our warehouse organized, accurate, safe, and operating efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, scanning, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility.

You will work closely with our warehouse, shipping, receiving, and customer service teams to make sure the right products are available and customer orders are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery.

You will help create a warehouse environment where materials are in the right place, customer orders are accurate and on time, inventory is handled properly, and the team can work efficiently and safely.

Your attention to detail, reliability, willingness to learn, and initiative will directly contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and company success.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and ready to put in the work. Previous warehouse experience is valuable, but we also recognize that the right attitude and willingness to learn can be just as important.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt to warehouse technology, scanners, inventory systems, and computer-based processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

This position requires an individual who can safely and consistently perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Regularly lifting, moving, and carrying up to 70 pounds
• Repeatedly bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials
• Safely mounting and dismounting from the back of a truck
• Working in an active warehouse environment around inventory, equipment, forklifts, and other material-handling activities

Every customer order starts with accurate warehouse work. You will help make sure our products move through the facility efficiently and arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there.
