The position combines people leadership, recruiting operational excellence, and strategic program ownership to deliver measurable business outcomes, strengthen organizational capability, and build scalable talent solutions for current and future workforce needs. We are seeking a business-minded, data-driven leader who views talent strategy as a business discipline and can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leveraging analytics, process rigor, and strong stakeholder partnerships to drive continuous improvement and long-term business success.Essential Responsibilities:Lead the North America Talent Strategy, ensuring alignment between business priorities, workforce plans, and talent outcomes.Lead recruitment delivery across the region, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that enable current and future business growth.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional Talent team, managing priorities, capacity, resource allocation, and delivery performance.Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational capability, and critical talent decisions.Drive regional Talent Management and Talent Development initiatives, including leadership development, internal mobility, employee retention, and capability-building programs.Leverage talent analytics, market intelligence, and performance metrics to inform decision-making, optimize talent outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Oversee talent operations, employer branding, external partnerships, governance, budgeting, and process excellence across the region.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, representing the Talent function and leading cross-functional talent and organizational development initiatives.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of recruiters, TA partners, or talent professionals.Experience designing, leading, or implementing talent, learning, succession, internal mobility, or workforce initiatives.Strong track record partnering with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders in a matrix environment.Experience managing cross-functional projects, change initiatives, vendors, and performance metrics.Ability to travel domestically (approximately 20%) to support North America manufacturing and operations sites.Desired Characteristics:A track record of building talent or workforce planning functions from the ground up in a scaling organization.Strong strategic thinking, consulting, influencing, project and change management, and executive communication capabilities.Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity, balanced with disciplined follow-through on execution.Proactive, collaborative leadership style with a sense of urgency and a continuous-improvement mindset.Compensation Range:$131,760 to $197,640 per year (varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria).What We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision benefitsLife insurance and long-term disability coverageFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsPaid time off and 14 paid holidays401(k) retirement savings programAs part of our commitment to innovation and efficiency, INNIO utilizes AI technology to assist in the initial screening of applicants.
