Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Day Shift (Mon-Fri) | Flexible scheduling with occasional extended hours
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative yet autonomous environment , delivering high-quality care to an active patient population.

Our clinic is well-established and highly respected among patients and referring physicians, including top MDs in Los Angeles . We specialize in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine , with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation .

• Autonomous work environment

• Flexible scheduling options

• Primarily active patients (ages 25-65, with a broader range from teens to 80s)

• Mix of private insurance and ~19% Medicare

• Minimal workers' compensation cases

• Focus on orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation

• Emphasis on manual therapy + exercise prescription

• Weekly mentorship (1 hr/week for new grads)

• Manual therapy focus

• Exposure to clinic operations

• Preferred: 4x10 schedule : Monday-Thursday (7 AM - 6 PM), flexible for the right candidate
  5x8 schedule : Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Flexibility available based on candidate needs

• Some evening coverage required
