This role blends content strategy, multimedia production, and on-camera presence to shape high-impact, omnichannel content that clinicians trust.**What You’ll Do**As a Senior Content Producer at MJH Life Sciences, you’ll own the content direction of your therapeutic area, build long-term partnerships with top-tier experts, and steer flagship content programs from concept through launch. You’ll represent the brand at major medical meetings, guide junior producers, and translate complex scientific developments into engaging video, digital, and social content that informs and influences clinician audiences.**Key Responsibilities:****Therapeutic Strategy Leadership*** Develop and refine the content roadmap for your assigned therapeutic area, identifying content pillars, unmet educational needs, and opportunities for strategic growth.* Monitor clinical pipelines, guideline shifts, FDA actions, and emerging data to drive timely, relevant content decisions.**Advanced KOL Engagement*** Build, manage, and deepen relationships with top-tier KOLs, clinical trial investigators, and society leaders.* Shape repeatable, scalable content models that leverage ongoing faculty participation and anchor brand credibility.**Program Ownership*** Concept, script, and lead high-visibility content programs—including premium video series, expert panels, and editorially independent franchise content.* Ensure scientific accuracy, strong editorial framing, and strategic alignment across all programs.* Serve as the on-camera host and public-facing representative for recorded and live media appearances.* Lead on-site congress coverage, coordinating KOL engagements and producing premium multimedia and post-event reporting.**Mentorship & Oversight*** Coach and review work from Content Producers and Content Associates, providing direction, quality control, and development feedback.* Oversee discussion guides, video outlines, and digital content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.**Omnichannel Stewardship*** Oversee the voice, tone, and content mix for your assigned brand’s website, newsletters, and social channels.* Lead quarterly audits and strategic content planning to ensure a cohesive, clinician-centered experience.* Identify evergreen and topical content opportunities grounded in therapeutic relevance.**Partnerships & Revenue Enablement*** Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to shape strategic pitches and identify white space opportunities.* Align content excellence with commercial needs while upholding editorial integrity and clinician trust.**What Sets You Apart*** You’re a scientific storyteller — equally adept at digesting data and creating compelling narratives.* You’re charismatic, outgoing, and confident on camera, able to build rapport with anyone from world-leading KOLs to early-career clinicians.* You thrive at medical meetings, forging relationships and capturing insights in real time.* You balance creativity with strategic thinking, always aligning content with clinician needs and brand goals.* You enjoy coaching others and elevating the standards of content quality and execution.* You see the big picture and connect clinical trends to meaningful, multi-format content opportunities.**Why MJH Life Sciences**MJH Life Sciences is the largest privately held, independent medical media company in North America — home to trusted health care brands, award-winning journalism, and industry-leading events. As a Senior Content Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of scientific storytelling across our therapeutic verticals.**Education*** Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or comparable experience in a medical, scientific, or health communications field strongly preferred.**Experience*** 4–6 years of experience in medical communications, scientific journalism, health care media, or related fields.* Proven success producing high-visibility content programs.* Prior experience working closely with KOLs and representing a brand externally.**Skills*** Strong scientific acumen with ability to interpret and synthesize complex clinical data.* On-camera confidence and expert interviewing skills.* Advanced writing, editing, and framing abilities, especially for clinical narratives and discussion guides.* Proven track record of KOL stewardship and faculty management.* Skill in coaching junior producers and ensuring quality control.* Comfort working cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and BD.* Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.**Compensation Range**: $80,000– $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
