Electrician

The Electrical Service & Construction Technician is responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role involves driving a company vehicle to service locations, interacting with customers, and providing professional recommendations—including potential upgrades and sales opportunities. Compensation $15 - $30 hourly Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle safely to service appointments, job sites, and client locations. Perform electrical work, including service calls, new construction wiring, remodel projects, and system upgrades. Diagnose electrical issues, provide accurate assessments, and make effective repair recommendations. Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes. Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed. Identify and promote additional services or products based on customer needs (light sales). Maintain accurate job documentation, including work orders, materials used, and time tracking. Keep company vehicle and tools organized, clean, and properly maintained. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Prior electrical experience (service, construction, remodel, or related field preferred). Ability to diagnose electrical problems and interpret electrical schematics. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks typical of electrical work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work full-time , with occasional overtime as needed. State electrical license or apprentice registration (if required by your state).
